Foreclosure Attorney The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Will review files for procedural and statutory compliance. Provide direction on files to LA and Paralegals. Answer legal assistant and paralegal questions. Review and resolve title issues. Resolve payment disputes. Explain file issues to the client. Correspond with clients, borrowers, and title companies concerning file issues. Assist attorney team leads with internal reporting requirements as needed.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate. Admission to Massachusetts Bar is required. Admission to additional State Bar (RI, NH) a plus. Familiarity with real estate titles and resolution of title issues essential. Foreclosure, Bankruptcy or Closing experience either as a paralegal or attorney needed. Strong communication skills both verbal and written essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite helpful.
