- Seeking an experienced environmental attorney to join our nationally recognized Environmental and Natural Resources practice at **Members Only**.
- This is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of $315,000 to $345,000 per year.
- Ideal candidates should have a high level of academic achievement and admission to the State Bar of California.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a wide range of environmental regulatory and administrative enforcement matters.
- Handle environmental due diligence, investigation, and site and sale of potentially contaminated property.
- Work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and present findings.
- Demonstrate exceptional writing and presentation skills.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in environmental law.
- Familiarity with CERCLA, RCRA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and California statutes.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
- Admission to the State Bar of California.
Salary Information:
- Anticipated base salary range of $315,000 to $345,000 per year.
