Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of antitrust litigation and merger control matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft and review legal documents
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in cases
- Participate in strategy and case development discussions

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of antitrust law
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Admission to the state bar in the location of the office you are applying for
