Job Title: Client Care Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and make them feel welcome.
- Convert sales for a wide range of legal services and meet monthly sales goals (KPIs).
- Provide recommendations according to customer needs or preferences.
- Document sales by updating customer records.
- Stay updated with sales trends for better services and achievement of sales.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and maturity in having difficult conversations with clients to encourage them to hire the firm for legal services.
- Close sales and follow-up through telephone and email.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales and collaborate with management to implement improvements.
- Provide ongoing customer service by acting as the liaison between the client and the law firm team, including weekly/monthly follow-up with clients after check-ins by telephone. Document conversations and report any concerns to management.
- Adhere to a prescribed script to ensure consistent and standardized communication.
- May perform other duties or assigned tasks based on departmental needs.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Typing speed of 45 WPM or more.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 year of sales experience or customer service experience.

Salary Information:

- $20/hour base + commission.
- Annual earning potential: $60,000–$90,000.
- Opportunity to earn individual and team incentives.
- Operation hours are from 8 . to 5 . plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education/Experience:

- A bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.

Communication Skills:

- Ability in reading comprehension, writing, speaking to others to convey information effectively, active listening, and interpreting instructional documents.
- Bilingual oral communication in English/Spanish is a must.

Reasoning Skills:

- Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective.
- Identify relevant concerns or factors, patterns, tendencies, and relationships.
- Formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternatives and their implications.

Physical Demands:

- Regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods, hearing, and talking.
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
- May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods.
- Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.

Other Skills:

- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Work Hours:

- Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + 2 Saturdays per month.
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
