Role:
- Perform end to end contract preparation and execution processes for assigned portfolio of transactions.
- Review, draft, and negotiate routine vendor and commercial contracts.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide superior customer service according to GBSC standards.
- Collaborate with key legal and business stakeholders to negotiate and confirm contract terms.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, with a JD or other advanced education being a plus.
- Strong legal and business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of European, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, Latin or Caribbean legal systems and business practices a plus.

Pay Ranges:
- O'Fallon, MO: $78,000 - $125,000 USD
- New York, NY: $100,000 - $160,000 USD
- London, UK: £60,000 - £95,000
