Job Title: Litigation Support Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of legal technology solutions, such as document management systems, e-discovery platforms, and legal research databases
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for legal technology tools and systems
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to identify and address technology needs and challenges
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to educate attorneys and staff on the effective use of legal technology tools
- Assist in the testing and evaluation of new legal technology products and enhancements
- Monitor and analyze the performance of legal technology systems and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the security and integrity of legal technology systems and data
- Stay updated on emerging legal technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on the firm
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal technology or a related field
- Strong knowledge of legal technology tools and systems, including document management systems, e-discovery platforms, and legal research databases
- Familiarity with legal processes and terminology
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Salary Information:
- Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles & Washington, .: $81,000-$123,550
- New York: $84,900-$129,450
- San Francisco & Silicon Valley: $88,700-$135,300
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance
Working Conditions:
- This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role
- Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development, and effective collaboration with colleagues and management
