Key Responsibilities:
- Defend clients in government enforcement actions and internal investigations
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and development
- Manage junior associates and paralegals on case assignments
- Attend client meetings and assist with business development efforts

Qualifications:
- 4th to 7th year of experience in government enforcement defense and internal investigations
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Top academic credentials from a reputable law school
- Admission to the California Bar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
