Internship Opportunity at New Jersey Division of Law for Fall Session
- Opportunity for law students to serve an internship during their Fall or Spring Semesters or during their Summer breaks
- Assigned to one of the Division’s sections, supervised by a Deputy Attorney General with overall supervision by an Assistant Attorney General
- Perform a full range of law clerk responsibilities including research and writing
- Observe a wide range of lawyering activity such as court proceedings, client meetings, depositions, and special events
- Eligible to participate in training sessions offered to Deputy Attorneys General throughout the year
- Assignments based on student interest, see section locations for more information
- Conducts interviews and extends offers on a rolling basis
- Submit Internship Application, resume, legal writing sample, and most recent grade report to appropriate recruiter
- If offered a position, must complete a Confidential Background Investigation Clearance Form
