Job Title: Senior Immigration Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Explain complex immigration concepts and present strategic solutions to clients.
- Represent both non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings at the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals.
- Manage a diverse caseload of immigration cases, ensuring timely and effective legal representation.
- Conduct intake interviews with detained individuals at detention centers to gather necessary information for case preparation.
- Prepare a variety of immigration applications, including those related to removal defense and family-based immigration petitions.
- Review and adjust immigration application packets to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Engage with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community-based organizations to address changes in immigration law.
- Conduct strategic immigration consultations with potential clients to determine appropriate legal strategies.
- Develop legal strategies and prepare clients and witnesses for court appearances and USCIS testimony.
- Provide comprehensive legal analysis to clients to identify potential case benefits.
- Prepare and submit legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases, presenting arguments and evidence in support of the client’s position.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Immigration Law is required.
- The candidate should be a team player who is open to collaboration, strategizing, and working with fellow associates.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective client interaction and case management.
- Proven track record of advancing legal cases and ability to manage a busy caseload.
- Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian applications, EOIR, Detained cases, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications is expected.
- Familiarity with Case Management Software is preferred, enhancing efficiency in managing case documentation and communication.
