Job Title: Experienced Estate Planning Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft estate planning documents.
- Advise clients on complex and strategic estate planning.
- Implement asset protection techniques.
- Minimize income, gift, and estate tax implications.
- Present at seminars, webinars, workshops, and various educational events.
- Prepare wills, revocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies, and HIPAA releases.
- Establish and administer various trusts.
- Establish LLCs and specialized trusts for asset protection.
- Create sophisticated Family and Life Insurance Trusts.
- Formulate charitable giving strategies involving various trust structures.
- Advise on Massachusetts and federal taxable estate administration.
Education and Experience Information:
- . degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
- Experience in estate planning is required.
- Experience in trust and estate administration and elder law is a plus.
- Experience meeting with prospective and existing clients with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Leadership and management skills with a desire to grow and expand the firm with a path to partnership.
- Exceptional skills and efficiency in drafting and reviewing core and sophisticated estate planning and financial documents.
- Self-motivated, personable, and able to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
