Job Title: Client Services Project Director

Job Responsibilities:
The Client Services Project Director is responsible for serving as the Service Delivery point of contact on project work. They are tasked with exemplifying a positive and professional “Client Experience” and engaging the “love the customer” philosophy. The role involves managing assigned client account relationships and/or large complex matters, working within the Client Services team framework to engage Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Client Services Directors (CSDs) as needed. Key responsibilities include:

- Owning projects that require senior-level knowledge, assistance, and direction.
- Defining a project staffing plan that encompasses project requirements and milestones.
- Demonstrating subject matter expertise on Client ECA, custom review tools including but not limited to **Members Only** Analytics, Relativity Analytics, Intelligent Voice, Nexidia, and other necessary applications or services.
- Coordinating activities of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in service delivery following best practices and client expectations.
- Acting as the primary liaison with key client representatives and owning the service delivery for assigned client projects.
- Ensuring all assigned client accounts have an account plan completed for the Client Services aspect, in collaboration with Business Development Managers.

Secondary responsibilities include instructing new team members on project requirements, establishing best practices with clients, managing and reporting on budget and financial status, and ensuring client and project requirements are met through regular meetings. The role also involves proactive communication with clients, serving as the initial escalation point when necessary, and managing the onboarding of new clients and projects post-sales process.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Client Services Project Director position are expected to have a deep understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry, typically resulting from at least five to seven years of relevant positions with law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers. The role requires:

- Proven leadership and staff development skills for motivating staff and enabling professional growth.
- Success in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills that convey a confident executive presence.
- Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to manage client expectations proactively, recognize client needs, and adapt company capabilities to meet client requirements consistently.
- A solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to control all aspects of a project from initial planning through final production, direct multiple project teams, oversee project plan development, balance client requirements, and review financial and billing information timely to meet deadlines.

Preferred educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s (BA) degree, with a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree, Masters of Business Administration (MBA), or similar advanced degrees considered a plus. A minimum of seven years of consulting, litigation support, attorney, or paralegal experience in a law firm, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service provider is required.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for the Client Services Project Director role is $150, to $175, USD annually and may include eligibility for an annual bonus. The specific salary will be determined based on several factors, including:

- Location-based market rate for the role.
- Candidate's abilities in relation to the job specification.
- Performance during screening and interview.
- Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location.
