As a Mid-Level Estate Planning Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. You will also be expected to bring some portable business to the firm and participate in business development activities to expand our estate planning practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Bring some portable business to the firm and participate in business development activities
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide exceptional legal services to clients
- Keep up-to-date with changes in estate planning laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and support staff

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning
- Some portable business required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
