Law Firm Seeking Experienced ERISA Partner in Cleveland, OH
**Members Only**, a prestigious law firm with offices in Akron, Canton, and Cleveland, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERISA Partner to join our Business Practice Group. With over 100 years of experience, our firm and its attorneys have gained national recognition and numerous awards for our exceptional legal services. This is a full-time position, and we welcome candidates to work from any of our three office locations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing and drafting employee benefits plans such as defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, employee stock ownership plans, and executive compensation programs
- Providing support for employee welfare plans and handling controversy work
- Assisting with merger and acquisition transactions
- Managing a book of at least 300k
- Working effectively with teams and independently
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects
- Collaborating with staff, attorneys at all levels, and clients
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in ERISA law
- or ability to obtain license
- Strong ability to work with others and communicate effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
