Associate Patent Attorney The candidate will be working directly with the intellectual property partners primarily assisting with patent preparation and prosecution. Reviewing and analyzing invention disclosure statements. Working closely with inventors to draft, file and prosecute quality patent applications. Assisting and instructing foreign patent associates. Assisting in other legal areas (., IP assertion, transactional, etc.) as needed. BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or similar is required. Should have 2+ years of experience as a patent attorney. State Bar and USPTO Bar admission is required.
