Position: Part-Time Estate Planning Specialist

**Members Only**, a Utah-based law firm specializing in business law, dental practice transitions, real estate law, and estate planning, is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated part-time Estate Planning Specialist to join their team. This role will primarily be remote, with occasional in-office meetings or training required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client matters and files
• Conduct client intake and follow-up
• Perform data entry and answer incoming calls
• Draft legal documents with accuracy and clarity
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the process
• Organize and prepare estate planning documents
• Attend client signing meetings in person
Requirements:
• Prior paralegal or legal assistant experience
• Experience in estate planning
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with WealthCounsel (preferred)
• Notary Public (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification (equivalent experience will be considered)
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in estate planning and excels in a flexible, self-directed work environment. Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills are a must, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
The position offers a flexible schedule and paid time off, with expected hours of 20-30 per week. There are no weekend hours required, and the candidate can choose their own hours within the day shift. The ability to commute to Alpine, UT is required, as occasional in-office meetings or training may be necessary.
Position Summary:
As an Estate Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting attorneys with client intake, legal document drafting and reviews, and client communication. You will work closely with clients to ensure their estate planning needs are met with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
