Job Title: Document Services Operator

Job Responsibilities:
- Format, revise, and convert complex legal documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Perform advanced document functions such as updating table of authorities, cross-referencing, checking defined terms, and formatting financial tables.
- Create, edit, and reformat PDFs, e-closing binders, presentations, and graphic elements ensuring precision and consistency.
- Troubleshoot document issues and assist users with software-related queries.
- Ensure all documents adhere to law firm standards for branding, formatting, and functionality.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional service under tight deadlines.

Education and Experience Information:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- At least three years of experience in a legal or financial document processing environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word), Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with tools such as Litera, DocXtools, OmniPage, and Power PDF.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent grammar, and the ability to follow complex written instructions.
- A proactive mindset and a commitment to service excellence.
