Qualifications:

- At least three years of experience in fund formation for private equity and venture capital sponsors and their investors
- Knowledge of the Securities Act, Investment Company Act, and Investment Advisers Act
- Self-starter with excellent professional judgment and strong work ethic
- Highly motivated to provide exceptional client service
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Experience at a large law firm preferred
