Job Title: Litigation Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Draft and update pleadings, discovery, and answers
- Communicate efficiently with clients, opposing counsel, and office staff
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
- Maintain personal schedule and meet all deadlines

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation attorney
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in Chinese Mandarin, are highly desired
- Must possess strong writing and proofreading skills
- Versatile attorney experience is a significant advantage

Qualifications:
- Must be a team player with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Outstanding organizational skills and critical thinking/problem-solving abilities
- Independent worker and self-starter who is highly motivated
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

Salary Information:
- Pay ranges from $80,000 to $200,000+ per year, depending on experience
- The position offers part-time, contract, and temporary job types
- Expected work hours range from 20 to 60 per week
