The ideal candidate must be able to draft discovery, motions, reports, and other legal documents and have the ability to take depositions and attend hearings. They must also have the ability to assist at trial and be passionate and conscientious about their work. The starting salary will be based on the applicant's practical experience and the goal is for the right applicant to eventually become partner. The successful candidate must possess a Florida Bar License.
