Job Title: Managed Care Litigation Associate (Mid-level)

Job Responsibilities:
The Managed Care Litigation Associate will be responsible for engaging in complex commercial litigation and arbitration within the Managed Care practice group. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling multiple cases simultaneously and serving as the point person on litigation matters.
- Coordinating with other associates and staff to ensure seamless case management.
- Acting as the primary client contact, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Engaging in strategic planning and execution for litigation cases.
- Collaborating with legal teams across Chicago, Dallas, Pittsburgh, and New York offices to provide cohesive legal solutions.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration.
- Experience in managing multiple litigation cases effectively.
- Strong preference for candidates with managed care or health care experience.
- Active membership with the bar in the state for which they are applying.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $235,000 and $365,000. Actual pay may vary depending on factors such as location and the candidate's level of experience.
