Litigation Attorney The candidate will deliver exceptional, innovative solutions and create outstanding, sustainable results for the industry-shaping clients. Will involve early investigation of cases, meeting with clients, and drafting discovery responses, motions, and interview memos. Should have 2+ years of experience and admitted to practice law. Should have experience with drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions, as well as in conducting investigations and communicating with clients. State court experience is a plus. Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. The ability to multi-task and prioritize is also required.
