Amundsen Davis, a rapidly growing law firm with offices throughout the Midwest, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team in Northern Wisconsin. This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in civil litigation and experience in financial services, creditors' rights, or bankruptcy law. The ideal candidate will also possess solid research and writing skills, as well as the ability to work well on a team.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs
• Handle discovery and present oral arguments
• Assist with trial and appellate work
• Collaborate with team members on cases and projects
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the law

Qualifications:
• Licensed attorney in the state of Wisconsin
• 5-7 years of civil litigation experience
• Background in financial services, creditors' rights, or bankruptcy law preferred
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Trial and appellate experience a plus
