The associate will handle cases involving bank and consumer financial protection regulations, including those related to fair lending and laws against unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices. The role requires outstanding advocacy and communication skills, both oral and written. The associate will work on high-profile cases, participate in government investigations, and manage supervisory examinations. While experience with fintech is considered a plus, it is not mandatory. The position does not require prior law firm experience, and candidates from government agencies are encouraged to apply. The associate must be a member in good standing of the state bar.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in regulatory enforcement and investigations. They should have substantial experience with bank and consumer financial protection regulations and government investigations. Candidates must be members of the state bar and in good standing.

Salary Information:
The annualized salary range for this position in New York City and Washington, . is between $260,000 and $330,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
