Commercial Real Estate Leasing Attorney The candidate must have prior experience at a regional or national law firm or a well-regarded boutique real estate firm. Must also have the ability to manage a high volume and velocity of leases in a professional and timely manner, and a comprehensive understanding of ancillary leasing documents, including early termination agreements, waivers, subordination agreements and estoppels. Particular emphasis will be placed on office and retail leasing experience, with lab and flex building leasing experience a plus. Candidates must be detail-oriented. A strong academic background and excellent writing and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-moving environment as well as manage matters independently and proactively. This is a unique position for attorneys who may prefer a flexible work arrangement, which includes working a full or part-time schedule and remote or in-person hybrid options.
