Job Title: Legal Intake Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduling, follow-up, and intake processes with new clients of the law firm.
- Open new files in the law firm's case management system.
- Send representation letters to opposing parties and clients.
- Formulate deposition invoices.
- Update the collections list regarding what has been received and what remains to be collected.
Education and Experience Information:
- A college degree is required, or a strong work history with excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are necessary.
- No prior experience is necessary, but a positive, can-do attitude is essential.
- Sales experience is considered a plus.
- Experience in personal injury or workers' compensation is also a plus.
Salary Information:
- The pay range for this position is to per hour.
