About Us:
- IP legal services provided to small and medium size businesses in various industries

- Focus on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law
- Not specialized in litigation
Requirements:
- United States Patent Office Bar required
- For Attorneys in Maryland: Maryland Bar preferred
- Previous USPTO patent prosecution experience required
- Some litigation experience preferred (but not required)
- All technical disciplines considered

- Conduct patentability searches and prepare patent applications
- Manage patent prosecution and maintenance
- Conduct trademark searches and prepare trademark applications
- Draft and review licensing agreements
- Provide legal counsel to clients on IP matters
- Stay up-to-date on changes in patent and trademark laws
Qualifications:
- United States Patent Office Bar required
- Maryland Bar preferred for attorneys in Maryland
- Previous USPTO patent prosecution experience required
- Some litigation experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong technical background in any discipline
