The Executive Assistant will support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in a remote capacity, providing strategic and administrative support. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing the CEO’s calendar by scheduling internal and external meetings across various time zones. The role also involves coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting for the CEO. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for preparing meeting agendas, taking notes, and ensuring timely follow-ups on action items. Serving as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders is a crucial aspect of the role. The Executive Assistant will support executive communications, including the preparation of presentations, memos, and correspondence. Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism is essential. The role also includes assisting with project coordination and tracking strategic initiatives, as well as supporting the CEO in personal administrative tasks as needed.
Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, along with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom is necessary. The candidate must demonstrate discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information and possess the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal direction.
