Job Title: Tax Process Advisor - FSO - Tax Tech and Transform - Manager - Multiple Positions
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide business tax services and tax technology services to assist client financial services companies in meeting complex demands for direct tax reporting, compliance, and planning.
- Assist with the production of leading practice tax software solutions and support and automate internal and external operations of multinational tax departments.
- Monitor assigned tasks until completion, which includes documenting requirements, configuration, testing, debugging systems, documenting and implementing process change, and monitoring overall project profitability for financial services clients in the Insurance, Banking Capital Markets, and Wealth and Asset Management industries.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks using existing and emerging technologies.
- Consolidate tax data to enhance analysis and planning efficiency.
- Improve reporting capabilities to help clients evaluate risk and capitalize on opportunities.
- Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds, ensuring consistent delivery of quality client services by monitoring progress.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and networks while cultivating business development opportunities.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in tax process improvement. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the aforementioned fields with 4 years of work experience in tax process improvement is acceptable.
- 4 years of experience in tax or finance process improvement, with at least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry.
- 3 years of experience in business process analytics and/or product management for tax technology solutions, including at least one of the following: ONESOURCE, Corptax, Sabrix, Vertex, MS SharePoint, PFI, and/or RPA software.
- 2 years of experience supervising teams consisting of at least 2 people on multiple projects and providing direction to team members.
- 2 years of experience managing custom applications, including at least one of the following: Microsoft Power BI, Visual Studio, VBA/VSTO, MS SharePoint, MS SQL Server, Power Automate, Power App, and/or RPA software.
- Must meet one of the following criteria: CPA, JD, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Project Management Professional “PMP”, or a Master’s degree in relevant fields, or the ability to achieve one of these certifications within one year of hiring into the role.
- Requires domestic travel up to 50% to serve client needs.

Salary Information:
- The base salary for this position is $142, per year.

Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
