Job Title: Partner Level Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle cases and provide legal advice in core practice areas including Bankruptcy, Commercial Litigation, Corporate M&A, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation, Probate, Construction, Healthcare, and Land Use/Zoning.
- Work collaboratively with clients to understand their legal needs and provide strategic solutions.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations in the relevant practice areas.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff within the law firm to provide comprehensive legal services.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the law firm’s practice areas.

Education and Experience Information:
- Admission to The Florida Bar is preferred; candidates must be willing to become admitted to The Florida Bar if not currently admitted.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Spanish language skills.
- Extensive experience and a proven track record in one or more of the specified core practice areas.
