Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree required
- Must be a law school graduate from a recognized law school
- Must have standing within the upper quarter of law school class or other demonstrated proficiency in legal studies
- Must have one or more years of legal work experience and be a member in good standing of a state, territory, or federal court of general jurisdiction

General Experience:
- Varied civil docket including patent, civil rights, employment, and admiralty cases
- Graduation from accredited law school required, top 25% of class and current law license preferred
- Two years post graduate experience in actual litigation preferred
- Ability to analyze and research issues quickly and write clearly

Specialized Experience:
- Personal characteristics such as good judgment, analytical skills, initiative, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team-based environment
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and flexibility with work hours
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
