Job Title: Jr. Healthcare Regulatory Associate
Job Responsibilities:
The Jr. Healthcare Regulatory Associate will be part of the Healthcare Regulatory Group, which collaborates with companies and investors across the healthcare and life sciences industries. The successful candidate will have responsibilities including:
- Providing regulatory and compliance counseling
- Engaging in transactions, investigations, and the development of compliance programs
- Counseling telehealth and digital health companies
- Assisting with regulatory diligence and structuring corporate transactions
- Applying knowledge of health regulatory law applicable to the healthcare and life sciences industries, including fraud and abuse, HIPAA, corporate practice of medicine, licensing, and reimbursement
- Working on healthcare transactions, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and investment areas
- The candidate may also benefit from government experience at CMS, OCR, DOJ, or FDA
Education and Experience Information:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required
- Candidates must be licensed to practice in Washington ., Illinois, or New York
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare regulatory law
- Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred

Salary Information:
The expected hiring range for this position is $235,000 - $260,000 per year, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. The firm offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
Work Environment:
The position is hybrid, requiring a regular in-office presence with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements.
