Paralegal The candidate will assist the team of legal professionals. Responsibilities include case management, drafting pleadings/discovery, investigation, interviewing witnesses/ experts, document reviews, research, collecting and analyzing records, and trial preparation. Must be an experienced litigation paralegal, preferably with 3+ years of litigation experience, familiarity with billable timekeeping, and a working knowledge of state and federal civil rules. Needs to be an organized self-starter who is able to multi-task and is familiar with various areas of law including insurance defense, professional liability, personal injury, and premises liability.
