Job Title: Innovation Operations Attorney – Litigation Services

Job Responsibilities:
The Innovation Operations Attorney plays a vital role within the Litigation Services department of a prominent global law firm. The primary responsibility of this role is to operationalize AI-powered solutions to support litigators throughout the entire lifecycle of legal matters, from client outreach through trial and appeal. This involves partnering with litigation attorneys across various practice groups to identify areas where Artificial Intelligence (AI) can enhance efficiency, clarity, or speed of execution at different phases of litigation. Key responsibilities include:

- Serving as a dedicated resource for litigation attorneys seeking AI support, providing responsive and high-touch assistance tailored to specific litigation tasks.
- Assisting litigation practice groups in adopting AI-enabled workflows through proactive outreach and hands-on support, developing and executing AI prompts that align with case strategy, matter objectives, and jurisdictional nuances.
- Collaborating across practice groups to gather feedback, assess needs, and identify new opportunities for specialized AI-driven support.
- Standardizing and scaling successful AI solutions across litigation practice groups in collaboration with the firm's Innovation Attorneys and other Technology and Information Services stakeholders, as well as with the Litigation & Trial Department's practice group and global leadership.
- Actively participating in technology-related working groups, interdisciplinary practice group management teams, prompting support cohorts, and emerging technology pilots.
- Collaborating with Innovation Attorneys to prepare and deliver technology presentations and training related to the creative and practical uses of AI in litigation practice.
- Assisting in the development of web content that highlights strategies for leveraging AI throughout each litigation phase.
- Protecting and maintaining highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that the law firm retains.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Innovation Operations Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:

- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a law firm as an innovation and/or practicing litigation attorney.
- Demonstrated interest in legal technology, innovation, and/or AI tools, with experience in prompt design or AI project work being preferred.
- A JD degree from an American Bar Association (ABA)-accredited law school.
- Admission to a relevant . state bar.

The ideal candidate should also demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to think creatively and provide strategic support to firm leadership. Extensive knowledge of the concepts and principles of artificial intelligence as it relates to legal matters is essential. The candidate should thrive in a service-oriented environment, bringing responsiveness, reliability, and a proactive mindset to support litigators and cross-functional teams.

Salary Information:
The position offers a competitive salary range, with the minimum pay rate being USD $160, per year and the maximum pay rate being USD $220, per year. Additionally, successful candidates will be provided with a generous total compensation package, which includes bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
