Job Title: Attorney - General Liability Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Taking and defending depositions
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials
- Practicing in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, transportation, and/or insurance defense
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Must be licensed to practice law in New York
- Candidates should demonstrate effective writing skills and strategic thinking abilities
Salary Information:
- The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000 to $165,000
- Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law
