- Representing various clients in all aspects of securities offerings
- Seeking candidate with strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to handle challenging workload
- Must have strong academic credentials and writing skills
- Additional requirements: experience leading due diligence teams, general corporate and corporate governance experience, ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to train junior associates
- Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission

Responsibilities:
- Leading Capital Market transactions
- Conducting due diligence
- Handling general corporate and corporate governance matters
- Working collaboratively in a team and mentoring junior associates

Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of significant experience in corporate transactions with emphasis on Capital Markets
- Strong interpersonal skills and maturity
- Ability to handle challenging workload in fast-paced environment
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills
- Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission
