Job Title: Experienced Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, draft, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Review and proofread documents for errors, consistency, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, from case preparation to trial and post-trial procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
- Manage deadlines to ensure timely filing of legal documents.
- Interact with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Provide exceptional client service and establish strong professional relationships.
- Perform administrative tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements for attorneys.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of presentations, seminars, and meetings.
- Prepare expense reports and handle billing tasks as required.

Education and Experience Information:
- Experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or legal department is preferred.
- Alternatively, a paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation is required.
- Strong understanding of various areas of law, such as civil litigation, corporate law, or intellectual property, is necessary.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex legal information.
- Proficiency in using legal research databases and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail is essential for ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with e-discovery tools and experience in managing large volumes of documents is a plus.
- Microsoft Office experience is required, with a minimum of 1 year.

Salary Information:
- Pay is - per hour, depending on skills and/or qualifications.
- The expected hours are 40 per week.
