- Work from Home position with in-person attendance required for court appearances and occasional client meetings
- Annual salary of $140,000 + $79,000 in expected Billing Bonuses
- Remote-first culture with the expectation of setting up a productive workstation during normal business hours

H2: Position Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in family law
- Active admission to the Washington State Bar and in good standing
- Exceptional writing skills demonstrated through writing samples
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex legal issues to clients
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional client experiences
