Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Structured Finance and Securitization Associate position should possess:
- At least 3 years of experience in securitization.
- A strong academic background.
- Experience with sophisticated finance transactions.
- New York bar membership is preferred, and it is required within one year of joining the firm.

Salary Information:
The expected salary range for the Structured Finance and Securitization Associate position is between $260,000 to $435,000.
