Job Title: Customs & International Trade Tax Senior Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale projects in customs and trade tax.
- Innovate and enhance processes to achieve operational excellence.
- Engage with clients at a senior level to deliver impactful results.
- Utilize knowledge to guide clients in business transformation.
- Motivate and coach teams to tackle complex challenges.
- Develop top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
- Integrate regulatory compliance into business operations.
- Drive strategic planning for duty and trade strategy.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience is necessary.
- Candidates may qualify with credentials such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master of Business Administration in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Data Processing/Analytics/Science is preferred.
- Licensed Customs Broker certification is preferred.
- Understanding of US Customs and Border Protection procedures.
- Experience in analyzing client internal control practices.
- Skills in evaluating client compliance with import control regulations.
- Ability to address client needs and build relationships.
- Experience in leading teams and fostering innovation.
- Proficiency in utilizing automation and digitization in business environments.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $119,300 - $328,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This is the listed salary range for roles based in Maryland. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
