WSHB is seeking a talented litigation associate with a minimum of two years of California employment (EPL) experience to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Handle employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, including depositions, hearings, and trials
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Requirements:
- Admitted to the California Bar (additional admittance to the Oregon Bar preferred)
- Minimum of two years of experience in California employment law
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
