Job Title: Tax Experienced Associate, Transaction Advisory Services (Special Projects)

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams, participating in due diligence and structuring engagements related to transactions pursued by private equity and strategic corporate entities.
- Assist in analyzing tax risks and opportunities for clients.
- Support clients in the quantitative and qualitative analysis of tax data in their financial projections for transactions.
- Manage risk and financial performance of engagements, including budgeting, billing, and collection.
- Collaborate closely with and manage colleagues from company offices globally.
- Perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience Information:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- ., . in Taxation, and/or Master’s in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university is preferred.

Experience:
- One or more years of related experience is preferred.

License/Certifications:
- CPA License and/or . is preferred.

Software:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are preferred.

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent tax research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and client service teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong self-motivation and capacity to work in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment with varying deliverables and changing requirements.
- Must be technically competent across multiple US federal, international, and state income tax disciplines.
- Fundamental working knowledge of non-income-based federal, state, and foreign tax regimes.
- General familiarity with US GAAP, including the accounting for income tax principles.
- Ability and willingness to travel when necessary.
