Job Title: Litigation Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
The Litigation Attorney is responsible for ensuring clients receive the best care and achieve excellent results. Key responsibilities include meeting with clients to discuss their cases, showing compassion and empathy, and demonstrating the ability to earn clients' trust, confidence, and respect. The attorney will update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. Additionally, the attorney should be able to prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court if necessary.
Education and Experience Information:

- 3 to 5 years of litigation experience
- Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus

Salary Information:
