Job Title: Construction Litigation Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including construction defect or delay claims, design negligence, breach of contract claims, and payment disputes.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Three to six years of experience in construction litigation.
- Experience in handling construction defect or delay claims, design negligence, breach of contract claims, and payment disputes is preferred.
- Strong academic credentials demonstrating a solid legal foundation.
- Proven work ethic and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent writing and research skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong client and peer relationships.
