The **Members Only**'s Office is seeking highly qualified and dedicated individuals to join our team as Assistant Attorney Generals. These positions involve providing legal advice, counsel, and representation for the State of Arizona in complex cases. We are looking for attorneys to fill openings in various legal divisions, including the Child and Family Protection Division, with opportunities available statewide.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation and advice in complex cases in State and Federal court
- Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and memoranda
- Conduct investigations, interviews, and legal research
- Respond to inquiries from law enforcement and the general public
- Attend meetings and trainings as necessary

Requirements:
- Admission to and good standing with the Arizona State Bar
- Active Arizona State Bar license
- Writing sample with analysis of a substantive legal issue
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
