This is a unique opportunity to handle complex cases in a collaborative and client-focused environment, with a focus on general liability and professional liability matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
- Develop litigation strategies and work closely with senior attorneys and partners
Qualifications:

- 2 to 8 years of experience in general liability and/or professional liability defense
- Active license/ In good standing to practice law
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
