Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct civil litigation in court
- Conduct legal research and develop legal strategies
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Prepare witnesses for trial
- Communicate with clients
- Negotiate settlements
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations
- Assist with and handle trials at all levels

Qualifications:
- Admission to the Maryland Bar (DC and/or VA Bar a plus)
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong legal writing ability
