Job Responsibilities:
As a . Immigration Attorney in a contract role, you will be part of a collaborative team supporting large and emerging companies and their noncitizen employees and family members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Preparing, reviewing, and filing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including PERM applications and adjustment of status requests.
- Developing and implementing immigration strategies to support business goals and minimize compliance risks.
- Monitoring and analyzing changes in immigration laws, regulations, policies, and industry trends.
- Leveraging technology and automation to enhance service delivery and improve the client experience.
- Applying feedback and reflection to strengthen self-awareness and professional growth.
- Demonstrating strong analytical thinking and an ability to organize and resolve complex, unstructured issues.
- Utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to analyze industry trends and derive meaningful insights.
- Making informed decisions using public and proprietary data, regulatory updates, and benchmarking.
- Communicating clearly and persuasively with clients and team members, adapting messaging to the audience.
- Maintaining high ethical standards and upholding the firm's code of conduct.

Education and Experience Information:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business immigration law, focusing on H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, employment-based immigrant visa petitions, and adjustment of status applications.

Salary Information:
