- Support Construction Law Practice Group
- 2+ years of recent business litigation experience
- Exposure to construction law preferred
- Engineering or technical background required
- Experience with document and data management, electronic discovery
- Must be licensed to practice in Illinois
- Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials required
- Anticipated assignments include commercial construction litigation, delay and impact claims, mechanics lien claims, and more
- Deposition, pretrial, and trial experience preferred
- Technical background in design or construction a plus
- Competitive salary and benefits package offered
- Pay scale estimated at $130-$200k, with potential for up to $80,000 in bonuses
