Responsibilities:

- Independently handle cases and analyze complex legal issues
- Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, and manage document-intensive cases
- Draft dispositive motions and prepare for trial
- Represent clients in the financial industry (preferred, but not required)

Qualifications:

- California licensed with at least one year of experience
- Strong academic background and a passion for advocacy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Team player with a solid work ethic
