Responsibilities:

- Develop appropriate defense strategies for a high-volume case load
- Prepare files for defense from inception to resolution
- Communicate and report with clients and insurers
- Conduct depositions and argue motions
- Appear in court and assist with trial preparation

Practice Areas:

- General Liability Defense
- Property and Casualty Litigation
- Product Liability
- Commercial Litigation
- Construction

Requirements:

- Admission to the New York State Bar (admission to NJ and/or PA Bar is a plus)
- 1-5 years of experience in defense litigation
- Excellent academic credentials
- Superior research and analytical skills
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Salary: $75, - $115, per year
